Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days of your payment.

Conditions for Full and Partial Refunds

  1. Project Commencement:
  • If we have started working on your project, a full refund is not possible.
  • You can request a partial refund. We will review the work completed and charge accordingly, including communication time at our standard rates. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted for the Domain and Hosting plan. Also, the refund will not be accepted for other packages/plans if you don’t claim it within 48 hours of payment. If we work 25% of any order, we will deduct 25%+refund of the cost. Refunds will not be accepted if you don’t have valid reasons.
  1. Refund Requests:
  • If no request is made within this period, we will assume you are satisfied with the strategy and plan provided. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Performance and Guarantees

Our work is influenced by various factors beyond our control. While we commit to delivering high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific sales results, as these depend on buyer actions beyond our influence.

Internal Reasons and Service Delivery

Refunds can be requested for internal reasons, but once the service has been delivered, no refunds will be processed. Refund requests will not be accepted for the Domain and Hosting plan.

Review and Approval Process

All refund requests undergo a manual review and approval process. Approved refunds are subject to a 14-day security hold period. Once this period is over, the approved funds will be released.
